So good news is that it does seem like the main code for the game is pretty much completed, and with that the next demo's gameplay is pretty much ready. However the Artwork, Animation and Audio is still being worked on and it will be some time until the demo is complete. I do plan to have it done some time for August, a good while before I can submit it to Steam for October Next-Fest 2024.

However, if you want to experience the work in progress demo and/or want to give a bit of support for the game without subscribing on SubscribeStar or Patreon, I decided to release an Early Access version on Itch with a small price tag.

Do note that the current Early Access demo does contain some new artwork and animations, but don't be surprised that some art and even audio is being reused as placeholders throughout the build until new audio and visuals are added in.

Anyway, the main features of the demo are the gameplay which contains the following.

• The first level of the game, along with a Mini-Boss chase level.
• New Punishment systems: Now when you get caught, you need to endure the punishment through a mini-game. Fail, and you get a Game Over.
• New vent crawling mini-game: In some spots you'll find a vent instead of a door, and Yui needs to wiggle through it. Perform a mini-game to get out before Yui gets stuck and caught.
• New game mechanic with Sanity Orbs: You now need to collect about half of the Sanity Orbs in the level to unlock the final door, giving players more incentive to take risks on exploring dangerous spots.
• Improved User Interface and menus, along with updated controls and better Key Remapping.
• Some new artwork for parts of the game.
• And much more that I can't even remember.

Lastly, while the current Showcase Demo is censored, this Early Access demo is completely uncensored.
