What's been happening (6/20/23)


Sorry if I seem to not be as active as I was the past few days, simple reason is that I have been very focus on the coding for the game, I got most of the recoding done, but now I am working on some other aspects for the game before I get back to the level layouts. Namely I am working on the Save-&-Checkpoint systems for the game which is best that its well set up considering that levels might be a bit long and with the mechanic of needing to race back to the start of the level which also presents new obstacles, It make sense that I have a save system in place that helps keep track of data, but also so players are not forced to restart the game levels from the very start if the fail.

Anyway I'm getting close to finishing that up and I probably have some form of test build for supporters to try out very soon. Also for those that don't know I also have Tsinji working on a new concept art piece. Instead of a capture/punishment piece. Its instead a prequel art piece that shows off Yui in her adventure clothing along a bit of her personality when she is not the one in peril. And of course to make the piece fun, we have Tsinji OC Reiko who is a Agent that accidently failed to capture Yui who is wanted in another country for stealing, and to make sure she doesn't stop Yui's next adventure, Yui decides to use Reiko's Gear to restrain her before she heads off to a specials Tomb (wink, wink).

Expect to see that art piece soon and supporters will get to see some fun variants when its complete.
