The month is reaching its end.


Hey all, this has been a pretty interesting month so far. There has been a real growth in supporters and hopefully, it will continue to grow. Along with that, I have been starting to feel more comfortable basically ruff drafting the levels for the full game (and sharing them with supporters) and later building onto them and polishing them with time, rather than having me just staring at empty levels for hours to even days trying to figure out how to make the perfect level layout right from the very start.

Current plans are still working on the rough draft of level one. I currently looking into coding in some new traps and enemies for the game levels I plan to not focus on their visual design and theme and just focus on their use of gameplay ways and look into their visual designs later when the actual gameplay mechanics are systems are properly working.

I also will put some time to make a new update to the Alpha Demo, I am getting some new animations done for the game and will update the demo with the new animations along with probably some new changings in some of the game mechanics (Might need to tweak the level layout as well). Though that aspect I might save for a much later update.

Speaking of animations, for those that don't know I recently updated the rewards to my higher tier supporters on getting in-game and unaltered sprites sheets that are being used for the game. For those higher-tier supporters wondering I am waiting on the new animations to be done first before I send out the first bundle. Plus, I am thinking about the best way I like to send these bundles to my high-tier supporters.
